A lot of work is carried out behind the scenes in order to filter out time wasters and promote the lifestyle that comes with a property but isn't easy to include in the description. We had previously worked with another estate agent and spoken to several others while trying to sell our property in Saundersfoot, but nothing quite clicked. That changed when we were recommended to speak with James at Country Living Group and his team. From the outset, it felt like a completely fresh approach. Rather than telling us what we wanted to hear, James was clear, honest, and explained exactly what needed to be done — and why. It just made sense, and that clarity gave us confidence straight away. Most importantly, it worked. We achieved more than the asking price, and the whole process felt well managed from start to finish. What really stood out, though, was the consistency. James and the team delivered on everything they said they would. As with any sale, there were moments during the legal process that became challenging and frustrating. Throughout all of that, James remained positive, proactive, and communicative. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and that level of support made a real difference. We purchased a house being sold by Country Living Group and the service we received was exceptional. From starting with viewings right through to completing on the new house, they 'held our hands' every step the way. Callum was outstanding and went above and beyond to make sure the transaction was as easy and seamless as possible, by liaising between us and the sellers, passing on important information about the house, and also other information he thought would be useful to us. Due to other commitments we were out of the country on the day of completion and Callum and Holly attended then property for us, collected the keys, made sure the house was secure etc, and then when we were back in the UK which wasn't for another 5 days, Callum met us at the house for the hand over.
