There are two rooms below the mezzanine, one is a storage room and the other a well appointed shower room.

External
Cippyn Fawr sits at the centre of approximately 17 acres of ground comprising fields, pasture, woodland, scrubland and gardens. As you approach the home you arrive in a large parking area with space for several vehicles. There is also direct access from the drive to a wooden gate leading up to the large steel framed barn. To the front of the main house is a lovely sunny terrace which takes full advantage of the perfect south facing outlook. To the rear of the main house and annex are good sized gardens which have been created and well maintained by the current owners. There are two large fields to the rear of the gardens which have historically been used for grazing.

To the east of the main house, you find a collection of stone outbuildings, the studio and the large barn. Offering numerous options for conversion and storage these structures are a huge selling point to the home. The large barn contributes to a substantial rainwater harvesting system which is found around the home. Beyond the barn you find a truly impressive fruit and vegetable growing area with large fruit cages, vegetable tunnels and a recently built potting shed. The productiveness of this sheltered, south facing, site would be a joy to any keen gardener or as a small holding.

The growing areas continue to the south of the main property with more fields found running down into the valley and up the neighbouring side. At the base of the valley you find two large ponds, one with a raised deck seating area which create a haven for wildlife.

The variety found in the grounds at Cippyn Fawr really need to be visited to truly appreciate both the options they offer, and the superb peace and quiet they enjoy.
