Main hallway

Off the hallway, there is a door to the left leading to the cloakroom and a pair of glazed double doors in the rear wall opening into the kitchen/family room. Between these two rooms is a door to a handy built-in cupboard. To the right of the front door, you have the entrance to the formal sitting room.

Loft room one
This space is carpeted and is currently used as an additional sitting room but could easily provide another bedroom if required. The room has a rooflight to the rear and access to the eaves storage.
Loft room two

External
Externally, the property enjoys a large, walled front garden which is block paved and offers parking for numerous vehicles. This also gives access to the integral garage via an electric up-and-over door, along with the covered porch to the front door. There is access around both sides of the property to the rear garden.
The garden at the rear of the home is a lovely entertaining space. There is a large patio leading off the back of the home, perfect for a hot tub. The patio leads into a pathway which goes to the decking at the rear of the garden. From here, there are fabulous views over the estuary, making for a magical backdrop. There is feature lighting in the decking and to the sides of the garden, illuminating the space at night.
The owners on this side of the street all bought the strips of land immediately to the rear of their homes, leading down to the railway line. This ensures their views of the estuary are protected from any development and adds a charming addition to the gardens.
The space to the rear of the home was strengthened to allow the construction of a conservatory off the dining room, if required by a future owner.
